RE/MAX chooses Dee Why as site for expansion

nick and JasonRE/MAX Property Specialists’ business owners Jason Martin and Nicholas Scarf announce the opening of their second Northern Beaches location as part of a strategic expansion, with an office in the rapidly expanding town centre of Dee Why.

The new Dee Why office when combined with their highly successful Narrabeen office extends their reach from Brookvale to Newport on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

RE/MAX Australia Franchise Director Joel Davoren welcomed the move given the existing and planned development in Dee Why, which has several major residential projects due for completion in the next 24 months comprising hundreds of high quality new units.

“Dee Why presented an exciting business opportunity for two of our top broker owners to open their second office in the middle of the bourgeoning town centre in the booming Northern Beaches.

“The Sydney market is changing,” said Mr Davoren.

“There’s enough heat coming out of the market to create increasing numbers of listings, and while we are seeing an easing off of buyer demand in some areas of Sydney, there’s no dramatic fall off.

“The Northern Beaches is one of several growth areas RE/MAX Australia is targeting,” he said, “and we have opportunities for agents and business owners to establish themselves while aligning with a progressive, innovative brand that respects entrepreneurship and individuality”.

“It’s an opportunity to feature our refreshed brand, and deliver exceptional service, in a market place where other long-established names may have accepted a less dynamic presence,” said Mr Davoren.
