Choose value over price

Do you know the difference between ‘value’ and ‘price’? They are often confused.

‘Value’ stands the test of time, while prices fluctuate.
Fact is, as property cycles go, there have been, and possibly always will be, an unfortunate percentage of homeowners who paid prices at the time of purchase that weren’t on par with the value of the property they were purchasing.

But a good number of these owners have loved the purchase and lived the dream… think sea-change, tree-change markets. Long term… genuine long term… it’s a matter of time before any home purchase that has ‘lost dollars’ bounces back.

That’s ‘value’ for you!
